CAVE & CELLAR
Cave & Cellar Sdn. Bhd. has been operating in Malaysia since 1998.  Some have enquired why the name Cave & Cellar?  Mr. K. W. Mah, Managing Director, explained that when we first started business, we saw the potential of wines appreciation growing in the market.  Cave (pronounced “CAHV”) is a French term meaning “cellar.”  It sends a message to everyone that we deal in wines.  We are proud to say that today, our principal business remains the same, which is to market and distribute wines.
Some might be surprised but Australian wines commands the biggest sales in Malaysia.  The forward fruity style of Australian wines tends to agree with our palate and our love for strong flavoured foods.  Cave & Cellar is privileged to represent Accolade Wines Australia (previously known as The Hardy Wine Company).  They are one of the largest suppliers of quality wines in Australia with around 25% of the Australian wine market.  The company has one of the broadest and most comprehensive portfolios with vineyards and wineries in all the major wine-producing regions including such iconic brands as: Hardys, Houghton, Moondah Brook, Leasingham, Stonehaven, Banrock Station, Chateau Reynella, Yarra Burn and Bay of Fires.
We do represent wines from other countries as well.  While they may not be as big a brand as Hardys but we have developed as very good relationship with them through the years and we regard them as very important suppliers to us as well.  Some of the brands we represent are; Delheim, Hill & Dale and Stellenzicht from South Africa; Giesen and Marlborough Ridge from New Zealand; Vina Morande and Veramonte from Chile; Chakana and Aberdeen Angus from Argetina; Whistler Ice Wine from Canada; Fiee des Lois, boutique Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhone Valley wines and Lanson Champagne from France; Invinovini srl and Ceralti from Italy; Cvne from Spain, Ravenswood from California and Offley Port from Portugal. We too represent other beverage like Gaymers cider from U.K.
